24 Feb ‘We’re Here to Show the Facts’: Pro-Life Group Releases New Videos of Medical Animations of Abortion Procedures
A pro-life group has launched a new campaign that they say will show America “what abortion actually is.”
Live Action launched abortionprocedures.com on Wednesday morning. The website features videos of medical animations of the inside of the womb during four different types of abortion procedures.
Speaking to reporters on Tuesday evening, Lila Rose, the founder and president of Live Action, said that the videos are “game-changing for our movement.”
Rose said that pro-abortion activists avoid conversations about “what actually happens” during an abortion and the “violence inflicted upon a pre-born child” – and she hopes that the videos will lead to that discussion.
“We’re here to show the facts,” Rose said. “So that people can actually see – through medical animations – what abortion is actually doing to America’s children.”
According to Live Action, the videos show “the four most prevalent” abortion methods in the United States: a first-trimester medical abortion using pills, a first-trimester aspiration abortion, a second-trimester dilation and evacuation (D&E) abortion and a third-trimester induction abortion.
